The ambience is AWEsome. I’d say this is one of the most aesthetic cafe in La Trinidad. Not only are the color combinations relaxing, but their pieces of equipment and utensils are also exquisite. The cafe is also spacious enough that the airflow is refreshing. * I ordered the Supreme Beef Tapa, and their serving size is enough for me. I love it! I would like to comment on their fried rice and beef, though. I think I'm so used to strong flavors that I find the beef and fried rice bland—more oyster sauce in the fried rice and longer marinating time for the beef would do the trick, I guess. **What I appreciate the most is that they don’t charge extra for their service.

Great Specialty coffee place in Benguet! You know it's good if they know their cortado. If you're a fun of pumpkin spiced latte, they have a Filipino version one-- apsol's best latte. If you love iced coffee drinks that's not too sweet, this is the place to be.

The food was overall alright. The pricing is a bit on the pricey side. The Benguet bounty salad was okay although I question the taste of onion and peanut brittle with sesame dressing. The bread on the Smoky mountain sandwich and the kiniing Alfredo penne was awesome. It was smooth and easy on the throat. I loved the taste of the bread. I personally enjoyed the samosa. Drinks were alright. It would be nice though when they serve the food, they could be served together so all of the people in the group could eat together. Hot drinks were not that hot, it was Luke warm and it easily got cold. But, the taste was really nice. The Biko latte honestly tasted like the Biko coconut toppings, it was lovely. The staff were kind. They were quick to respond, they were accommodating and some greeted you nicely as you came up the stairs. Good ambiance. Overall it was a good experience.

It’s somewhat rare to find a well-thought concept of cafes given the competitiveness of coffee shop landscapes. But @man.apsol hit 2 birds at once. This is one of the few coffee shops which integrates Filipino/Cordilleran culture from their drinks&food to their interior. Their Kini-ing Alfredo Pasta is the highlight of my visit. The salty and smoky flavor brought the pasta dish altogether. It was an absolute delight! I appreciate them incorporating Tibuok Salt in their Mocha even though I could barely taste hints of it. Understandable, since it’s an artisanal salt and it’s expensive. Plus, I could taste the notes of the beans they used for their espresso. It really complemented the flavor of the drink. Coffee beans are from Red Soil and Dagop. Long yap coz I really enjoyed it here haha and yes, back in the North again haha Man•Apsol 2nd Flr., Calajo Km.6, La Trinidad, Benguet 9AM-9PM daily

Great to discover this new La Trinidad hangout located on the 2nd floor along the Halsema highway in La Trinidad (near an Andoks). Wouldn't know about this unless we were told about it. Tip: they welcome DOGS and other pets. And get your free service water from the nearby dispenser. Accepts CREDIT CARDS and cash, etc. Very eye-catching food and signature drinks. Will try to go here in the morning

The food was really good and I liked that there were many local specialty coffees that you could try. Also had a lot of different games available so you can hang out if you're waiting for the time.
